Professional Real Estate Agent! My family and I were looking to purchase an investment property and wanted to switch agents. We are glad we found him and this establishment, as our journey to purchase our current property went smooth and effortless due to his dedication to satisfy our property demands and needs. I highly recommend him and his co-workers, as they have been understanding, patient and hardworking.

Despite the craziness of the current market, Tony was great to work with as he was very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. It took us almost 8 months with multiple offers, but we were finally able to find the perfect first home with Tony's help. He was on top of everything with the buying process and kept communication easy with the sellers agent and lender. We would highly recommend him to anyone and will most definitely use him in the future!

Tony and Eduardo helped us a lot in finding and buying a house. Since we are foreigners, we were afraid of not knowing regulations and getting tricked. You can trust both Tony and Eduardo which is the most important thing for us.

Tony went above and beyond to help us purchase a home in this crazy market. Like many others, we we were up against multiple offers but Tony was able to differentiate us by creating a great relationship with the seller and sellers agent. If you’re a buyer or seller, this is the guy who will get the job done!

Tony was an absolute joy to work with and helped me find my perfect property. He patiently showed me a number of properties before I found the right one. He listened and paid close attention to my reactions to the lead-up properties, so that he knew me well and what I would like. At every turn his email, phone and text responses were always prompt and helpful. The other people one must involve in a home purchase that Tony connected me with were all excellent as well. I highly recommend Tony Ubaldini.

Tony was wonderful to work with. He spent a good amount of time researching property for our new home. He was available immediately for any questions, concerns and meetings. He will forever be our go to agent. Tony thanks so much for everything you did. I HIGHLY recommend Tony

A recommendation letter for Tony Ubaldini I appreciate Tony Ubaldini’s assistance in selling my home in Oviedo, along with the CORE Group staff. Just prior to listing the house, unfortunately I met with major repairs that required significant time and attention. I reacted with getting stressed out with these repairs that delayed the house sale as planned. Tony responded with helpful solutions, patience and calmness. As a result, I am grateful to Tony and the group staff for their friendly professionalism at seeing this house sale thru, additionally with a higher amount than the asking price. Thank you Tony, Richard and CORE group
