April Cichocki

During this year from March to June I contacted April Chichoci to help me find a home in the Northern Kentucky Area. I was living at the time in the Carson City Nevada Area. Doing something like this remotely is not the easiest thing to do. I was forced to rely on the photos available to access the houses. While speaking with April I learned of a different way of financing by use of a reverse HELOC mortgage. This allowed me to purchase a substantially better property than by self financing. This was a way to use my cash resources to leverage a higher cost house. April was very patient with me as I wavered back and forth on my decisions, which couldn’t have been easy.
