Working with April was fantastic! The most important thing for us was honesty, and she was completely transparent throughout the entire process. Since we were relocating from halfway across the country, her deep knowledge of the local neighborhoods and builders was incredibly helpful. She answered all of our questions and made our transition to the area so much easier. Highly recommend!

We have had the privilege to work with April multiple times through our years in Houston with purchasing and selling properties. She has provided excellent service everytime with great knowledge of real estate in the Houston area. April is always quick, on hand to answer questions and provide excellent advise when needed.

April was referred to me by a trusted friend. She was everything we were looking for and more. Not only was April knowledgeable but she has a great personality too. She answered all of our questions and was very flexible with the showing of homes and open houses. I would highly recommend April if you are in the market for buying or selling your home.

Selling a house is stressful, but April's knowledge, experience, and calm demeanor made this huge transaction so much easier. She communicated honestly and frequently, answered all of my questions, kept me in the loop, and did everything she could to sell the property. She listened to my thoughts and opinions while also providing her professional opinion. At closing, she was a calm, knowledgeable presence as I signed paperwork. I highly recommend April as a realtor.

As first-time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with April. She was incredibly accommodating, helping us find a home within a week and guiding us through closing in less than a month. April was always responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable, keeping everything on track and making the process as smooth as possible. She also connected us with a fantastic insurance agent and inspector, both of whom made a big difference. Thanks to April’s hard work and expertise, we are now in a home we absolutely love, and we are so grateful for her support every step of the way.

April came to us through a strong recommendation. Our homes search start in the fall of last year and when things straight up in the market between Thanksgiving and the spring April stayed positive provided feedback and made sure we were happy and not settling until we found our true home.

I loved working with April Maestri. Her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness made selling my home easy! April went above and beyond to get my house sold. I would recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell their home.

First of all, April is amazing! We have used her to help us find our dream homes for years now and will not use anyone else! Our experience with April is always outstanding! She listened to our needs, showed us properties that were exactly what we were looking for and guided us through the entire process. April's attention to detail and experience made it a smooth process for us! Thank you so much April! April is the only realtor I recommend!

April was incredible throughout the sale. She was meticulous in guiding us from the start of planning for getting the house ready (guiding us on what to do and what not to), helped us secure the contractors on time, scheduled the staging, and prepared for the showings. We had recently relocated to oversees and April helped us taking care of every minute detail through the process: hassle free for us. April gave us multiple options for negotiating for the best deal. The closing was smooth as well! We highly recommend her as your agent in a heart beat!
