If we had any questions, she answered them as soon as possible and often thought of questions to ask the previous owner that we had not thought of. She even provided us with names and numbers of people the previous owners used for lawn care and repairs that were needed around the house from time to time. When she was with us, we had her undivided attention; she wasn't taking other calls or texting, or doing anything else. We really can't say enough good things about her. April is an excellent realtor and if we ever need a realtor again, we will definitely call on her.
