We actually wandered into an open house being hosted by April, and that is how we first met her. We were impressed by her knowledge, friendliness, and her willingness to share her knowledge and information with us, even though she was not guaranteed to gain anything from it at that time. We appreciated that she was not overbearing and pushy at all, and even after we officially became her clients, she never once made us feel like a bother or like our questions were annoying or stupid. That was very important to us as nervous first time home buyers. April was always there for us every step of the way. She did a fabulous job of finding us available homes to look at that met our criteria and remained within our budget. She was an awesome sounding board and voice of logic for us when we were torn between multiple properties and wanted to make the best decision for our family. Every time we met with April for anything, it truly felt like hanging out with a long time friend. She made what could have been a highly stressful process, feel comfortable and fun.
