Getting our home when smooth if we had any questions we can April sometimes in the middle of the night so she can help us understand some of the paperwork. I appreciate all the hard work she did for us. Thanks April

My wife and I worked with April Rogerson when purchasing our first home and would not have worked with anyone else once we were ready to sell. April is personable, dedicated, and experienced. She advocates for her clients and stands with you throughout the full buying/selling process. She worked to make selling our home as simple as possible by making sure we had all the info needed to make each step of the process as smooth as it could be from one phase to the next. We listed our home following all the advice and suggestions presented by April to get our home ready and after one open house, we had multiple offers the next day.

April and her team helped us through a virtual purchase. We were in California, buying in Georgia, and her area knowledge and patience guided us through the process, and made it as stress-free as possible for us. We are now Georgia residents, and we cannot be more happy to finally settle in to our home! The team checked on us throughout the process, and also, when we moved in! Her level of customer-service is stellar. We are very satisfied and happy to have had her help us through this very important part of our lives!

April is the self-proclaimed Contract Slayer for a reason! From the first time I spoke with her, I was impressed by her knowledge, patience, and understanding. She provided thorough guidance and helpful resources to assist my husband and I with understanding the home-buying process. When the time came to submit offers, she knew the best tactics to attract sellers and she was very quick to submit a solid offer, which had us under contract for our home within 24 hours. She communicated seamlessly throughout the buying process and made sure to connect with our lender whenever necessary to keep the process moving along. Overall, I would work with April again anytime and happily recommend her services to any new or experienced buyers!
