April Thulstrup did a fabulous job helping us to find the perfect home. We moved from out of state and were unable to come and look at homes in person. April did multiple FaceTime walk throughs with us. She had great attention to detail and always pointed out things we were unable to appreciate virtually such as condition of paint and carpet. She was very accommodating and took off so much stress during a busy time. She is a wonderful person to work with!

April alleviated any of my concerns with compassion and understanding. She’s knowledgeable and the only agent I will be recommending or using.

We were relocating from Las Vegas to Iowa and we were lucky enough to have April as our agent. She was very patient with all of our questions in regards to the Iowa market and what each city had to offer. Despite a two hour time difference, April was always available by phone, text and email. April's communication skills are awesome. April also went beyond to call of duty in arranging for us to see as many houses possible in a very limited amount of time. Once we made a decision to purchase a house she did everything possible to assist us remotely and making sure that we were able to close on time and move in as schedule. April was not just a great agent but a great person as well. My wife and I enjoyed seeing houses and working with April, I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that needs a real estate agent.
