April was able to ask questions for us that we would not have thought about. She made sure we had all the information that we needed to get our land ready to build. April called ahead to the local electric company and water company and emailed us a list of who we needed to call and the information they would need from us to get our land ready to build on. I have already recommended April to friends and family. I will keep recommending April. She truly mad the purchase of our land easy for us.
