Arnold is an exceptional agent! We have no doubt that he is the reason our experience was so positive and smooth. He went above and beyond in every way possible. As first time home buyers, we expected there to be so many challenges and road blocks along the way. However, with Arnold's help and guidance, it was only a matter of time before we found the perfect fit. The whole process was enjoyable and smooth. The thing I appreciated the most is that Arnold was with us the entire way supporting us, assisting us, and answering all our questions. We have already recommended Arnold to family/friends and will continue to do so without a shred of doubt.

Mr Jacobs was very Well Informed & very practical

I could not be happier!! Arnold was a tremendous asset throughout the entire process. His professionalism, negotiating skills and level of service far exceed those of other realtors. He is present at every showing, provides prospective buyers with pertinent information, extremely responsive, and is there for you until the very end. I will not hesitate to recommend Arnold to anyone. He is certainly the person I would want again to either sell my home or buy another.

This sale went smoother than other properties we had. When we sold our more problematic home, his knowledge skills and perseverance helped us through to closing.

My husband and I are extremely happy to have chosen Arnold Jacobs to represent us in this transaction. He thoroughly educated us regarding market situation, pricing, availability, location and many other related issues. Throughout the process, Arnold was totally dedicated and a true professional. He was always available when we needed him, he was patient and understanding and made the process (which is always somewhat stressful and involved) very comfortable. His advise and experience were very valuable. We feel Arnold was a wonderful choice and that he truly helped us navigate this process, including certain difficulties which were encountered within the process, with the best possible outcome. We would absolutely recommend Arnold Jacobs to represent others when buying or selling a property, he is a true example of a great realtor.

last year while staying at a friends house in delray beach we decided to look for a place for our own. We were referred to Arnold Jacobs by a close friend. He took us to see numerous houses over a 2 month period and was the first to point out things we never noticed that were wrong with the properties. Power lines too close, schools too close where there might be a lot of noise, back yards that backed up to main roads, and other negatives to a bunch of properties. Most realtors would shut there mouths, yes you to death and sell you the property. We knew from the first property he wasn't just in it to make a commission, he had our best interests at heart. We finally found a short sale that we liked and left a deposit. He wasn't happy with our choice and after 5 months of going back and forth with the bank and him telling us to back out we finally did. We had so much confidence in him that 2 months later and plenty of looking at pictures on the internet we finally bought a property. Since we live in New York we were in contact with him constantly and whenever he saw something we might like he called and told us to go look up the mls and see what we thought. We saw a few properties that looked great in pictures and he went there and told us it was not for us. We had so much confidence in him that we finally saw something we liked and closed in November without even seeing the property and looked foward to coming down in january.. I am proud to say he is not just a realtor but hopefully a friend for a long time.I can't thank him enough for all his time and effort in helping us .

Arnold has provided my wife and I superior service. We will enlist his service or ask his advice when the need arises.

Arnold Jacobs is the best real estate broker I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He kept in continuous touch with me through out the process, letting me know what was going on at all times. He is kind, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. My condo was a tough sale but instead of giving up, Arnold took it as a challenge and did everything in his power to make it happen. He is extremely trustworthy and always had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home and his agency is very lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Arnold for all you have done to help our family!
