Arnold Jacobs has been the light in a very long and hard close of escrow. He was very involved and stayed in touch with me the whole way through getting papers approved by the HOA!! I would and will tell anyone interested in buying to call Arnold and his attention to detail is awesome.

Have dealt with Arnold for years and wouldn't consider another agent Being in and from NY having an involved agent who was dedicated helping me in Florida was essential for me Arnold could not have been better. Great guy and great agent It was a very complex sale because I also purchased another apartment which was contingent on the first sale. Many moving parts which Arnold handled excellently
