I have dealt with Ashleigh and Shanel twice now and I could not ask for a better team! They know what to ask and how to get things done all I have to do is sign what they send me, and they even make that easy. Smooth and painless, they negotiated with the buyer, and we came to an agreement within a few hours I believe.
