Being new in the area and not well acquainted with everything in the area code, Ashley's local knowledge helped my wife and I find a good location for our first ever home purchase. Ashley was just what we needed. She dove right into helping us clean the property up. Helped us with a garage sale on a rainy weekend while we stayed in the car. She directed traffic, found people to pull old cars off the property. Took us to places we needed to go to since I didn't know my way around. Her and her husband took us to the airport and made sure my sister had a wheel chair waiting for her. We were 3000 miles away and I never doubted her. I knew she would do what she could to sell the property. Ashely stayed in close contact with us almost on a daily basis. She was very knowledgeable and informed us on the offers we had.
