When we first met Ashley, we were just getting a feel for the area and really had no intention of picking out a real estate agent at that current point in time. Upon speaking to her toward the end of our visit at her open house, we decided to write our information down so that she could at least send us properties on the MLS. The same day, we found a home we loved and we called Ashley to see what the process would be to get the ball rolling. She made herself available to us that night to see the property again as that open house had just ended. Although we did not end up going with that property, we then began our search for a home, taking it rather serious this time. Ashley was with us every step of the way and made herself available to us at all times of the day. We finally found a home that we loved after already putting an offer in on another one that we thought we might have to settle for. Ashley worked with us to get an offer in on the home that we were in love with instead of settling. She then went above and beyond with scheduling estimators to come out and give us free quotes which we could then take back to the seller. After finally getting the keys, we walked away knowing that we had chosen the right agent for us.

Ashley Sagor was the most responsive agent we have ever worked with. She answered phones/texts immediately. She understood our wants and needs and never tried to sell something we weren't interested in. Since we are new to this region, her knowledge of the area inspired confidence. We wrote a few offers and enquired about several properties. We even had to cancel an escrow. Ashley's patience and willingness to hang in there with us was above and beyond my expectations. I was also really happy with how easy it was to be in touch and communicate, even dealing with different time zones. The house we finally bought was at least a two hour drive from Ashley's home and office; I fully expected her to hand us off to someone closer to the property, but she was there for the inspection and the final walkthrough for us. This was so valuable to us during covid-19 and making a purchase from out of state. Ashley was a tremendous help to us, and I would absolutely recommend her to handle any real estate transaction. A final plus, she is easy to talk to, with a sense of humor and comfortable with candid conversation.
