Ashley guided me through every single step of the buying and selling process with a level of knowledge and professionalism that I instantly recognized as rare. She is a master neogtiator, always looking for the solution that would leave both parties satisfied. I will only buy or sell with Ashley from now on.

It was very easy and and she was great at helping us through the whole process!

I used Ashly twice to buy a house and to sell my house and both experiences Were excellent.

A knowledgable and honest person to work with. Understood my needs and expressed that through out the entire working realtionship. Very professional. Always kept my needs ahead of others. Continues even when sale completed to give excellent recommendations and follow through. Has the best most excellent and kind delivery on each aspect for a sale and purchase experence. I would only use Ashley for future deals. Ashley is awesome!!

Ashley's eye for detail is unmatched. Her knowledge of the area is an asset to anyone, but has been especially helpful as a military transplant. She has the patience and determination to find you exactly what you need and the assertive character to negotiate the best price and terms. I have been lucky enough to have her expertise in purchasing and selling not only my primary residences, but finding and managing a rental property as well. Ashley's skills are a benefit and blessing to her clients.

It was a pleasure meeting and working with Ashley. This is my first home purchase and her guidance, dedication and support is very much appreciated. Ashley assisted me with finalizing the deal while she was on family vacation, making sure and checking in with me all the time.

She is always available, super flexible, not pushy but helps you think outside the box. Very capable of handling stressful situations. She also has great connections and is able to work in a short time line. Very pleased!

Ashley is so knowledgeable, professional, and polite. We had an incredibly easy time dealing with her and we will be recommending her to all of our local friends and family.

Ashley is a phenomenal agent. Her expansive knowledge of the area, the home-buying/selling process, demeanor, and constant desire to pursue the wants/needs for her clients is unmatched. She is definitely one of the best in the business. If you’re looking for someone who can help you decide which area of Hampton Roads is right for you—whether it’s just temporary or a place to plant your roots—Ashley is definitely the person to call. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!!

Ashley has been been great property manager with my property and using Ashley as my Realtor to sell the property was awesome. She has been very attentive with what the property needs. Thank you so much Ashley!!!
