Astryd really did a great job. We had plenty of issues with this house buying process (none were her doing), but Astryd took care of all of them. Here were some examples of the issues we had : seller not vacating property promptly, seller agent not communicating/relaying updates, my financial institution almost not closing on time and docs needed, seller not leaving mail keys and seller taking A/C unit. There were plenty more examples of things that Astryd did, but she honestly made my wife and I confident we would get this completed, and we did thanks to her. She is friendly, honest and always available. We couldn't of asked for a better agent.
