Astryd was amazing. From day one I felt she was excellent.. She answered all my questions and if she didn't know something (which was not often) she would get back to me quickly. She knew the area and what sold in the area. She knew how to advertise. I can not say enough about how great Astryd was. I felt I could trust her with any aspect of the process. Astryd made it stress free. Astryd Gonzalez was a real professional, so helpful and I would recommend her to anyone.

Astryd was superb in her professional manner while negotiating the sale of our home and keeping us informed of the process. Her level of customer service was far above what I expected and she met every single need of ours. She is very knowledgable in this area and her expertise came to light with pricing our home correctly and marketing our home. She was always easy to contact and had answers to every single question I had. Her demeanor and approach were calm and helped settled the nerves. I absolutely trust in her when it comes to our future Real Estate ventures, she's definitely our Realtor for life.

Astryd Gonzalez answered all of our questions and worries with ease. She was very professional and knowlegable, would use again. I highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Astryd Gonzalez is very professional, helpful, considerate, and very inquisitive. Her expert knowledge in the area where we wanted to buy a home helped us make a better, and wise decision. She was very professional because she was always on time, and was very organized with the house listings that she had provided me and she was able to make the appointments for the houses that we had wanted to view on certain days and times. Astryd was very helpful and considerate especially when she took her time to analyze the type of home that we were looking for. She not only took note of what was important to us when we were considering the type of home we wanted (e.g., 4 bedroom, at least 2.5 bath, and a big yard, and high vaulted ceiling), but she also made an effort to remember our other preferences which we may have stopped paying attention because we could not possibly keep up with all the details and information after seeing more than 20 homes in a month. Astryd Gonzalez is very inquisitve because she was able to figure out the type of home we wanted without having to tell her all the details in the beginning as my husband and I were still trying to understand the type of home that we were looking for. Overall, Astryd Gonzalez is a great broker to work with because she was both professional and made sure our personal preferences when it comes to finding our perfect home. Thank you Astryd Gonzalez for working with us and for making this house hunting a pleasant experience.

Astryd Gonzalez was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process and knew exactly what to look for when I gave her details. she was always flexible to my schedule even on weekends and late in the evenings. My overall process went really smoothly and refinished really quick.
