We were first time home buyers, and were very nervous going into the real estate market for the first time. Aundre Gray made the process not only enjoyable but very easy to navigate. He is extremely responsive; I rarely had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a reply to questions. He is also very patient as we had a LOT of questions about the process and next steps. He never made us feel like we were imposing or stupid, and always followed through with any items that he committed to completing. We were very anxious to close on our house as we were in a rental with a quickly-approaching lease termination. Aundre was able to get our closing date pushed up a couple of days which is not an easy task given the extreme nature of the market in Kansas City.
