It was a pleasure working with Autumn. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable in the buying process. She had a professional approach and was a delight to work with. Autumn was always available and promptly answered my questions. I highly recommend her!

Honest and engaging. Open minded.

We were in the process of purchasing a lot of land and selling our first home. My husband and I we brand new to both processes and Autumn was very knowledgeable and confident which gave us a lot of confidence in her and the process itself. She was very readily available to answer any and all questions as well as offer her expertise while still allowing us to feel in control of the decision making.

Autumn has skills - personability would be at the top.

Autumn was very accessible to ask questions of and got the questions answered quickly. She was very professional and knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me to keep me very informed of the home buying process. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who asked me.

Autumn is intent on defining the needs / desires of the parties she is working with. She does an excellent job of communicating. Comfortable to work with and results oriented. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Purchasing a home for the first time as a solo homebuyer is nothing short of intimidating. A friend of mine who used to work in real estate recommended Autumn to me, and I'm so glad they did! Autumn helped me feel confident in my purchase. I felt like I could trust her expertise when searching for my first (& possibly forever) home. She stuck with me through all the ups & downs and went to bat for me until the day I closed to make sure I landed in a home I loved.

Professional, on time, works with you and understands your budget.

Autumn went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the purchasing of my new home. Any and all communication was answered in a timely fashion. Throughout the process, I felt like Autumn had my best interests in mind. She made sure to check in with me after the purchase as well, making sure I was happy and settled in my new home. I would recommend Autumn and her team to anyone buying or selling in the area!

Autumn helped facilitate multiple viewings of our home before we purchased it. She was responsive to our requests and communicated our negotiations and questions to the seller effectively. Critically, she helped ensure that we could gain early occupancy when our plans hit a snag in the days before move-in. Thanks Autumn!
