That level of trust and confidence was not present with other agents that we spoke with. The first thing that drew us to working with Baba was his apparent trustworthiness, which continued throughout the purchasing process. Furthermore, he was consistently helpful and insightful as we looked for our new home. His knowledge of the region, the process, and homes in general was invaluable and was a big reason we found the perfect home for our family. Throughout the entire process of purchasing our home Baba was amazing! Essentially, he took a pay cut to get us the best deal on our new home because of the way he advised us through negotiations. Additionally, Baba was always available to us for answering questions, showing us potential homes, and providing feedback/comps on listings we were interested in. There was really no comparison between Baba and previous buyer agents we've worked with - he outperforms all of them! We could not have been happier with our experiences in working with Baba! In fact, we have already recommended him to a number of friends and will continue to do so; I cannot think of an area that we were unhappy with. He went above and beyond his responsibilities - for example working to help us sublet our rental, putting us in touch with contractors to accomplish minor repairs, and staying in touch after the purchase to ensure that everything was going well in our new home.

Baba is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Buying a home from out of state could have been very difficult but Baba made it a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I am so pleased with my purchase. It was a very difficult market but Baba continued to work until he found me exactly what I was looking for. He is trustworthy and very detail oriented. Highly recommend!
