We've known Baba for years as he/I used to work together back in the college days. He's always been a great person to talk to, loves to have good conversations and is just an all around genuine guy. My wife and I have dragged him all over the place looking at dozens and dozens of homes the past 5 years or more and he's always been patient with us and never questions our motives (ie. - the 'window shopper'). He genuinely cares about his clients and has your best interest in his mind at all times. If you're looking for a great realtor make SURE to reach out to Baba! Thanks again, Baba. We love the new house! - JW/CW

Baba has sold 1 of my homes helped me find a new home, helped me sell the home and buy a new one. He is honest, goes above and beyond to help you. Was patient with me when I thought I was ready to move but they couldn't, he was patient and didn't pressure me and waited until I was ready. You won't go wrong letting baba be your realtor and I will always recommend him when I know of someone looking. Thanks baba for all you have done and continue to do for me and others.

If you are buying or selling a house or considering either, I would go with Baba. He is responsive, knowledgeable, has high ethical standards, is kind, approachable, and solution-oriented. I enjoyed what otherwise could have been a very stressful process. I would choose Baba Agbaje everyday of the week and 7 times on Sundays!

The best realtor in town! You can't go wrong with Baba in purchasing or selling your home. Baba helped me purchased a home with great savings on the overall cost. He is so knowledgeable of the local real estate market, offering his expertise and recommendations facilitating a smooth transition process. He went above and beyond in making sure we're comfortable with the purchase. Baba is with us every step of the way and updating us on the process and not leave us in limbo of where we're in the transaction process. Baba even checked in with us to make sure the house is good even after when the deal is closed, that's a thing many realtors don't do much nowadays. It was a pleasure working with Baba and I can't recommend him enough as your realtor. Thank you!

Baba was always available for us and very responsive to our texts and phone calls. He put in the work to get our house sold and for the price we needed. We would recommend Baba to all of our friends and family looking to buy or sale in Iowa.

Baba has sold 2 of my homes and helped me purchase 2 homes. He's honest and upfront and is always knowledgeable of the market. I recommend him to people already and will for sure use baba again in the future.

Baba has worked with us for about 5 years as we have been searching for the "perfect" townhome. His knowledge, patience and kindness have been outstanding...we appreciate all of these traits in Baba!
