Bailey Cunning

Bailey was beyond helpful, insightful, and all around amazing when it came to buying our first home. She's so knowledgeable and patient, and she made what is normally a stressful process incredibly smooth and easy. If you're looking to get into your next home, I cannot recommend Bailey Cunning enough!

Initially exploring home sale approach, Bailey gave a fair appraisal of comparable sales. She did not hide any of the commensurate costs involved in making the house marketable, and was equally accurate in pricing and countering seller's offers. She also brought in the appropriate work people to accomplish the staging which I believe spoke to the quick sale of our house. I would highly recommend her for fair and efficient home sales.
