Working with Banny is always a great pleasure. He works diligently to ensure that our needs are met and questions are answered, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, efficiency, and trust.

We've been working closely with Banny for about four years with lots of back and forth when we were looking for a forever home. Banny has been wonderful at accommodating all of our wants and needs. He is so knowledgeable and will fight until the end for what we want. Banny worked closely with our builders as well and helped my parents and I understand things that we had no knowledge of. He helped us a lot throughout the years and we are so grateful to have him as our agent. It was also wonderful to have someone who was able to communicate with my parents without having me to translate. Not only did he help us during the process of the build of our new home, but he also continued to help us after with anything that we needed help in. There's not enough words to express how wonderful he is but I do know that I would recommend Banny to anyone who is looking for a home as I know he will also fight until the end for them as well!

Banny is the best. I had a great experience with Banny as a first time buyer. He removed a lot of the stress with his ability to explain what I need to do and what to expect next. When I first called Banny I kinda put out there I wanted to be moved in within 2 months. He was able to help me find a home and get it closed before that date. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Banny made us very comfortable during our buying process. He was always available to answer our many questions and found us a home that checked every box. I would definitely recommend Banny to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Banny has been our sole realtor for all real estate transactions since 2014 and he has extensive knowledge of the Houston market to provide the best advice combined with trustworthy relationships with dependable lenders and title companies to ensure every transaction is conducted with the highest level of integrity, competence, professionalism and courtesy. He's thorough in his market research and will put things into perspective, never pressuring you into making a decision that's not in your best interest. Banny went above and beyond for the sale of our condominium, having to overcome several obstacles with HOA and complications with lenders. He made a point to maintain an open line of communication to keep us informed every step of the way and remained accessible all times of the day. If you are in the market for a realtor, we highly recommend Banny for all of your needs. We are so grateful to have worked with Banny and his incredible team over the years – we appreciate you as our realtor and our friend!

Banny was very patient with us as first time home buyers. He was transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. I will recommend him to anyone needing an agent.

If you go with Banny, you won't regret it. I 've been using Banny as my realtor ever since I was renting in college at the age of 21 and he was there for me when I bought my first house at 26. Going into buying my first home I didn't know anything and whatever looked foreign to me, Banny handled and I trust his judgement. I only have positives for Banny and you won't regret using him.

Banny provided excellent customer service and was a great negotiator. I will always recommend him to anyone needing a friendly and knowledgeable realtor.
