Banny was incredibly patient with us as we had to deal with tying up some loose ends associated with the sale of the property. He even went so far as to help us in tying up our loose ends, in ensuring there would be no legal implications through probate. Banny demonstrated his excellent patience when we were forced to take the home off the market until we had resolved some potential legal challenges and quickly placed the home back on the market as soon as we resolved any legal questions. He was always available via phone call and provided very timely responses to every email we sent.
