Barbara was a former business acquaintance and I thought if she were half as good as a realtor as she was when I worked with her I knew I would be in good hands. Even though I previously owned/built a home, I was completely unfamiliar with the living standards of the area of my pending property, i.e., septic use/upkeep, well water, etc. Barbara demonstrated knowledge of these areas more than I could have imagined and could not have done without. Barbara was very patient with me throughout the process. I requested to close on the property within a very aggressive timeline and Barbara communicated with me all that I needed to know to ensure my concerns were addressed promptly, patiently and accurately.
