Always accessible by phone for any question. Excellent communication

Barbara Higgins went above and beyond on this sale. I was not going to be available after a certain time, and she was very helpful in handling everything, even when I was gone. Her expertise in the area was outstanding. She was so helpful and understanding of my unusual situation, and she handled things that I could not, gave excellent recommendations on repair and inspection people, and generally oversaw everything. I was very comfortable with her from the beginning. I would highly recommend her to others.

Barbara Higgins made every aspect of our buying and selling experience exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable in the area of real estate and was very attentive to all of our questions and requests, going above and beyond when we were both purchasing new property and selling our previous property. Barbara also has a fantastic personality making her a total delight to work with and we would highly recommend her for both selling and purchasing properties!!

If we stayed in Fla. we would definately add Barbara to our list of good friends,

Barbara Higgins is professional, knowledgeable, patient, accessible, communicates clearly and wonderful to work with. I would definitely use Barbara Higgins services again!
