Barb was great to work with. Very flexible around my busy working schedule. Took me a year and a half to find my perfect home and she never slowed down. Knowledge of neighborhoods, locations, paperwork, requirements, was amazing.

Barbara Liab didn’t just treat us like clients — she treated us like family. She was always willing to drop everything and meet us, even for home showings hours away. Throughout the entire process, Barb handled every detail with care and professionalism. She negotiated with the seller’s agent, coordinated with the title company, walked us through rules and regulations we never knew about, scheduled inspections, recommended trusted vendors, and so much more. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better agent. My family deeply appreciated the extra miles Barbara went for us — both literally and figuratively. I wholeheartedly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring real estate agent. She will go above and beyond for you, just as she did for us.

I have purchased and sold multiple home with Barb, and have never been happier with the outcome of every transaction. Barb is very dedicated to each sale I've had with her.

I would pick Barbara laib again with out a second thought. She did amazing and tried so hard to find us a place that would fit our needs. She was also so much fun to go through the houses with. It was a great experience with her by our side.

I seldom write reviews unless service is exceptional. And in working with Barbara Laib, I can say with 100% certainty that she will be our life long agent for future purchases. My wife and I were first time home buyers and knew next to nothing about the process. Barbara was there during the search, offer, signing, and even helped us post signing to make sure we had smaller things like utilities taken care of. If you are a first time home buyer, look no further. Barbara will help you get everything squared away. From answering our questions (of which we had many) in a prompt and easy to understand manner, to late night communication to make sure we had all of our ducks in a row. You will not be dissapointed! If you are an experienced home buyer, Barbara has plenty to offer you as well. A keen eye for details, and decades of tribal knowledge in the real estate space, all with the same prompt communication and outstanding availability! Thank you so much Barbara!

Barbara provided exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and, above all, compassion for all that goes into selling a home. She was clear and informative when explaining the processes. Barbara was always positive, encouraging, and realistic with her expectations. Her guidance and diligence led to a seamless sale in only 4 days! I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying property!

She took her time and understanding of the price for the area.

Barb was the best, always replied right away to any questions we had.
