Barb was Excellent from the first phone call I received from her. Extremely knowledgeable, polite and very easy to communicate with. I sent her a list of questions regarding a house in Greenville, WI. I also sent her a spreadsheet with numerous questions. She returned my spreadsheet with answers very promptly. If she didn't have the answer, she did research and found the answers for me. When it came to the contract she also found errors that she corrected. She triple checks her work which is very rare. She is very professional but also very personable. I would recommend Barb to everyone. My husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have gotten so lucky to have her to work with.

Barbara Laib is a seasoned professional that works tirelessly to either sell your home....or help you find your dream home. Her knowledge of contracts is critical when working through the process. She is always patient, pleasant and helpful. She gets the job done and goes above and beyond! Would highly recommend!!

I think I've said it pretty clearly

Barb is extremely organized, making the process of buying a house simple and worry-free! She always put her clients first and offered her opinions and suggestions.

This is the second time that Barbara Laib helped me find a home in the Fox Valley. Once again the experience was exceptional. Barbara is a seasoned professional that knows the area well and helps you find exactly what you are looking for. She takes the time to listen to your needs and tirelessly helps you find "your home". Whether it's your first home, a transitional home or your DREAM home, Barbara can help to make it happen. Another great quality is Barbara's patience. She never complained about looking at multiple homes on any given day....or the barrage of endless questions that my husband and I would throw her way. She was always quick to respond and happy to help. Whether buying or selling a home, if you're in the need for a top notch real estate professional please reach out to Barbara Laib. You'll be happy you did!

My family recommended Barb to my husband and me when we started our search for our first home. They sent her an email and she reached out to us right away. She was easy to work with and made sure that the homes we looked at fit our criteria and during showings she suggested things to take into consideration that we hadn't even thought of. The process was smoother and easier than I expected and I credit a lot of that to her. Everything was amazing, I feel extremely lucky to have Barb helping with all the details especially with us heading into the holiday during closing. Overall this was our first experience with home buying and it was a very positive one.

5 STARS! If we could rate Barbara Laib higher we would. She was fantastic and made our transition from the East Coast to WI as easy as it could be. She had extensive knowledge of the area and was able to provide us with recommendations based on our needs and activities. This is our third home sale/purchase involving a realtor. However, this is the first time we will be returning to an agent. We couldn't be happier and look forward to working with Barbara Laib in the future.
