I recently purchased a home through Century 21 Affiliated. The agent, Barbara Laib, had worked tirelessly with me for 16 months while I still resided in another state where I was trying to sell my home there. After a week and a half, I had almost given up on finding the perfect house, and then my children found this gem of a house and I asked to see it. She arranged an appointment. I was sold. It is the perfect house for me. We had to rush to get the bid in before the final hour, but we made it. I was so pleased when she called me a couple hours later and told me that the house was mine. Barb goes out of her way to get just what you need. She's very good at her job. And I feel that, working with her for 16 months, she's more than my agent, she's my friend. Barb was Excellent to work with. Our property sold first day on Market. She Understood our needs. She handed All sales, contracts on property, in a timely manner. We Highly recommend her. Very Knowledgeable. Always had Our best interests, in the plan of selling our home. When meeting with her, she had all her facts. Presented herself well. Understood our expectations and needs.

She understood us from the start. We like looking on our own until we have a larger interest in a property and then we would call Barb to go with us further. Great to work with. She started with an asking price of more than we thought, but we got it so were very happy with Barb suggesting to start high," as you never know", she said.
