Barbara was outstanding! Extremely professional and dedicated to meeting our needs. She did everything just right! We don't have one complaint about any of her actions. She was our selling agent and was the selling agent to the property which we purchased before we sold this one, and she did a terrific and extremely professional job getting both of these transactions completed. We highly recommend Barbara to handle any of your real estate needs!

Barbara was knowledgeable and aggressive in marketing our house. She was pleasant and easy to work with keeping us in the loop the whole time.

I would highly recommend Barbara McCormack. She listens to what you are truly looking for. I was able to see homes that I was interested in very quickly. Barbara makes you feel comfortable in the buying process and keeps you informed of the status. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with.

We moved out of state 4 months before the property finally sold, and in that time Barbara McCormack did an outstanding job not only in managing the maintenance of the property but also overseeing the inspection, repairs & requirements in consumating the sale. She was our "eyes & ears" and our "feet on the ground" for several months. A very valuable asset to have! We feel that Barbara McCormack "went above and beyond" in interacting with all the contractors required to meet the sellers' requirements. Barbara truly acted as our agent and representative during our absence. So, her actions and attention to details were very much appreciated.

We had a family connection to Barbara and were highly impressed with her listings and performance. Barbara was available day and night to answer any questions we had, and was quick to resolve any small issues that arose to ensure a smooth and on time closing. Her knowledge of our neighborhood and the local market were truly key factors in properly pricing our home. We listed on a Friday and were under contract by Sunday!! By far the smoothest real estate experience we have had to date, thanks Barbara!!

Barbara is an amazing real estate professional! This is the 3rd time we’ve gotten to work with Barbara and she is truly wonderful! She really takes her time to understand what we were looking for, she is hard working, dependable, and open and honest. She was always available and quickly responded to all of our questions. I have recommended Barbara in the past and I will continue to recommend her!! Thank you so much Barb!!!!!
