My wife just stumbled across Barb's web site and that started it really. She liked it and in comparison to other sites, just felt really comfortable using it and relying on it's accuracy. From there she called Barb and they really hit it off well. It can really be disappointing when you see a property on a specific site like Trulia or Zillow only to learn that is sold 6 months ago and was never taken down. Barb's site was impeccable. Our interaction with others in the office was minimal really. We didn't establish any kind of relationship with them as Barb was on top of all of our activities and actions. Absolute Pro I think we were sort of specific about what we were looking for and that made it difficult for Barb. Or at least we pretty much knew what we didn't want. We also had an either or approach to what we wanted, land or affordable waterfront. So the focus for Barb to show us properties was more complex and not a singular focus. We also were using another agent in NC to view properties there which just added to the complexity.

Barbara has excellent knowledge of the neighborhood and will work hard to get you what your house is worth. Other realtors that approached us were only interested in a quick sale at a low price.

We have worked with her before when we purchase the same house. She is very hard-working and dedicated, unlike other real estate agents. Handled all elements of the sale as a military member stationed in California.
