Barbara was my realtor when I was looking for an apartment, moving from a house. She was very patient and provided me with many options until I found a condo in a great location!

I've been using the services of Barbara Hughes and Gregg Nicholas for many years. They have never disappointed, and always find me qualified tenants as soon as I have any vacancies. I'd wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any of your real estate needs. They are exprienced, highly professional and know the Montclair Real Estate market as well as anyone.

Gregg was great to work with! Very friendly, thorough, helpful and not pushy. He made great recommendations that suited our needs well. We love where we live now. Thanks Gregg! :)

My case was quite special, since I just moved to New York from Europe. I received a very thorough introduction on the rental rules here in the US. The broker, Barbara Huges was very helpful and supportive.

Barbara and Gregg made me feel like I was their only client. So attentive to all aspects of the sale. I needed some minor repairs and updates and Gregg recommended a handyman who did a wonderful job. Barbara did an awesome job at the open house, friendly to prospective buyers, along with the smell of fresh baked cookies. Can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Barbara and Gregg. You will be thrilled with the results of their hard work. Give them a call.
