Barbara Taylor is a very professional and proficient broker agent.

Barbara started our relocation adventure with us in July of 2021 when we stopped into the office to get some more information about the New Bern area. We were only "window shopping" at that point pending our youngest graduating from high school in 2023. Barbara stayed in touch with us through the years and even took my mom and I out to look at homes when we were down visiting the area in 2023. We relocated to NC in the Summer and Fall 2024 and rented from a friend while we got situated here. Spring 2025 we saw a house that was of interest and Barbara happily showed it to us. While we were preparing to put in an offer she pulled additional information on the property that gave us pause. We happened to be in the office and found several other homes to see and she set the showings up ASAP. One of them was the perfect home for us! She helped us through the unique home purchase process here in NC and 30 days later we were in our new forever home . Thank you, Barbara!!

Barbara Taylor is a seasoned realtor with outstanding knowledge of the local area and understanding our needs and desires. Barbara was available anytime we needed to communicate and she worked extremely hard to find the perfect house for us. I have nothing but high praise for Barbara and the work that she does on behalf of your company. I would recommend Barbara to anybody.

Barbara was amazing! I was dealing with the sale of this home long distance as part of an estate. She was there every step of the way with resources for everything I needed. She checked on us when we came in town for packing and actually helped us pack on one of those visits. Barbara made sure we understood the process and supported our best interest.

Over the years that we worked with Barbara Taylor (including the Covid intervention) and she was patient, professional and friendly. She guided us unerringly thru an often bewildering market and maintained just the right balanced approach. We feel that our relationship was closer to friends helping us than purely professional we would recommend Barbara Taylor with a completely clear conscience to anyone seeking help in our area.

Barbara Taylor was fantastic! We looked at so many properties together, over a large part of Eastern NC, and she was always positive. She understood my budget and what I needed for my family. She was great at communicating with myself, the seller, and closing team. She made this whole process go as smoothly as possible and got us into the perfect place! Thank you, Barb!

Barbara was fantastic! She went above and beyond.
