I am out of town and she keep me informed of any showings or activity on the property.

This is the second time I have used Barbara Taylor, she was excellent. She took my situation that I was in and helped me find a great place for me and my children. I would recommend her to anyone.

Barbara was a pleasure to work with. She was very prompt in communication and helpful during he process of buying our first home.

As a New York attorney who wasn't familiar with New Bern, I'd strongly recommend Barbara to any other out-of-State buyers. She did a great job orienting me to the area, visiting properties with me, staying in touch by email, and handling the negotiations and closing. Perhaps most important is that Barbara helped me better understand what I was really looking for.

Barbara Taylor was very helpful in every aspect of our purchase. Tom

Very professional.

Barbara was excellent to work with. She did a great job and I would work with her again in buying and selling a home. She is 100% in for her buyers and sellers. Thank you again for helping me sell my home and getting me into a home.
