Barbra went over and above. She is a people person that knows and assists here customers.

As i said before Barbara helped us completely knows her job customer or buyer has piece of mind that they are getting best service, highly respect her,

Being on the others side of the world in Australia could have been a challenge, but Barbara was professional, always answered our emails in a prompt efficient way and made the process clear to support us to purchase both properties. We would highly recommend Barbara and Century 21.

From the start Barbara was very accommodating, able to answer questions and gladly and willingly honored many of our requests when it came to searching for a home. She was always available when we had questions and made sound, logical recommendations which helped us immensly. She's extremely personable and very easy to work with. She was always willing to go the extra mile and then some to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend Barbara Taylor to anyone who is new to the New Bern area because of her diverse knowledge of popular places to live, recreational facilities, and community resources needed to complete requirements of home purchases.

She is helpful and patient. Showed us homes we could afford and was always available to answer questions and concerns. Viewing homes was done in a timely manner.
