His southern style is charming. We will think of him as a friend. Thank you Barrett great job. Best of luck with you future closings.

We have a wonderful relationship with Barret. He is trustworthy and responded with all calls big or small. He always made us feel important answering every question. He never made us feel rushed with any decision. Barrett is respectful with a gentle personality. He is an asset to your business. We are very satisfied with his work getting us to our new home. Thank you Barrett

I can’t imagine there’s a better agent on Earth than Barrett. We first met him while casually exploring a move from San Diego to Florida, just walked in the office he works at—no pre-approval, probably not looking like serious buyers. Still, he treated us like top-priority clients from day one and always took us at our word. For 2 years, before we were even approved, Barrett stayed committed and worked hard for us the entire time. Within 2 weeks of approval, we bought a home that lined up with the intentions we had been projecting all along—proving we were serious all along. His only “weakness” is that his patience and work ethic are so strong they could be taken advantage of. No doubt in my mind: Barrett is the best. He deserves a medal.
