Barry Brown was one of two realtors provided during a company driven relocation from California to Virginia. Barry’s initial Buyer’s Market Analysis was instrumental in our decision to choose him to represent us during this home sale. He recognized and understood all the effort that we put into making the home our own and priced the home accurately within a unique local market. He totally outclassed the competition. Barry’s experience in his field stood out time and time again with all aspects of this sale and he was on the top of his game from day one. His communication was timely and spot on. He handled adversity with ease and I’m certain he took care of many issues behind the scenes. Barry was honest in his recommendations when it came to dealing with my own personal biases and handling undervalued offers. His understanding of how the process works, and his ability to explain that process in a comprehensive manor helped guide us to a quick and successful sale. Barry and his wife Sherie were very helpful with getting everything just right. She knew her stuff when it came to the Matterport camera, a technical marvel on it’s own. On a personal note, she entertained my wife with cat stories and kept her engaged in the home sale process. She and Barry made great working partners. Barry was very responsive to requested changes and his knowledge of what needed to happen and how we get there. He made the best of our accelerated time frame and his use of the Matterport camera system was instrumental in getting a quick sale My overall experience reaffirms my initial choice in realtors to represent us during this sale. Every step of the way, Barry’s experience and recommendations proved that our decision to go with him was the correct one. We could not have been more satisfied with the result and we made a friend in the process!!

Barry has assisted. With the sale and purchase of homes over the last 2 decades. He is a wonderful realtor and his integrity is above reproach. Looking forward to our next purchase

We met with Barry Brown by chance when he was the listing agent on a property and we're so thankful we did. He's the best! Barry was willing to meet us on short notice and he was always knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. When it finally came time to move on a property, he shepherded us through the entire process - offering fantastic advice or recommendations when needed. For a first time home-buyer that meant the world to us, and I have no doubt that should we need to find another property in the future, he'd be our first call.

I’ve bought and sold 10 properties in my life and Barry is by far the best agent I’ve ever used. He has strong market knowledge and is completely committed to his work and to his customers’ success. This particular home was in a fairly expensive bracket and was a tough sell, but Barry put together a great sales strategy and spent almost every weekend holding the house open to get it over the finish line. He dealt with challenging buyers and helped me negotiate the best possible result with our buyers. He never faltered and kept up timely communication with both sides in spite of some tricky situations that arose during the sale. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Barry as your agent!

AMAC had an ad in their magazine about using them to find a realtor and we decided to try it. Barry was the Realtor assigned to us and when we met with him, he was vey knowledgeable about the area and helped us understand how to set our price. As we went through the 11 month process of getting our house sold Barry was always available to answer questions and give us advice. Barry was always professional and very interested in helping us with the sale of our home. Questions were answered promptly. We always knew if we needed to be in touch with Barry we would be able to talk with him.

Working with Barry made our home purchase an overwhelmingly positive experience. He made sure that me and my family were well informed and educated about each step of the process, but also aware of what the next steps would be. Along with his patient, helpful, polite and funny personality, Barry constantly brings his A-game to provide his customers the best possible deal on their new home. Highly recommended!

Barry is phenomenal. He came highly recommended by my brother who purchased two homes with Barry’s help. We didn’t consider other brokers because he was so highly recommended. We did not regret that decision. Barry told us out the outset that he would make buying a home easier. He did not disappoint. He was with us every step of the way, was easily accesible with all questions that we had. He gave sage advice. Barry is amazing. He is a consummate professional Barry did everything in his power to make this experience seamless. He went above and beyond, even hunting down the seller’s agent and making sure that the gas was turned on so the furnace could be inspected. He met out in the evening and on weekends to show houses and sign paperwork.

Barry worked tirelessly and effectively to help me land the home of my choice. His representation was exceptional and I highly recommend him.
