Heard about Barry from a friend. He had some interactions with him while looking for a home but had not gotten into the home buying Part yet, he had just been looking. Said Barry had been great for all that so it was a leap of faith that he would be awesome during the actual buying process and not just during the house search. We were not disappointed ! Barry exceeded all expectations in finding us our home Barry navigated the house showing excellently even with the COVID pandemic. Never felt pressured and never saw a house that wasn’t something we were looking for . Barry doesn’t usually work in the Paso area (usually sticks to the 5 cities area ) but he did his research and provided us with all the information on areas we were looking, avg home prices and all relevant info . It was impressive for not having much experience in the area how much information he was able to provide us. The handling of contracts was fast, easy, and informative. We learned a lot and he made sure we understood everything and taught us what we were doing not just told us to sign because we had to. He also helped us navigate negotiations smoothly and provides us with options to get the best results and not over or under selllkng ourselves . Multiple failed bids and he encouraged us to never get discouraged. He kept us focused and was always available 7 days a week to answer questions or get us information on a listing .. kept us competitive during a very competitive market and kept us from settling for something we didn’t absolutely love or over paying for something we couldn’t afford .
