Barry was on top of it with negotiations. He responded every time I had a question. Very communicative! Barry worked with me through the whole process.

We had previously used Barry Carter as our realtor when we were considering buying a few years ago but ended up not buying at that time and when we decided this year to purchase our first home we knew we wanted him again!
