Barry Carter came immediately to look at the property and came up with a price and worked quickly to get it listed. Barry Carter is an honest hard working agent and did exactly what he said he was going to do!!!! He looked out for my interest!!

We had only talked to Barry on the phone about the property we ended up buying. He met with our daughter and son-in-law on very short notice so they could look at the property for us. Barry was polite and very easy to contact. It was very nice to meet him in person at our closing.

Barry Carter did an excellent job and he is excellent person, I knew him from my high School he was a former teacher and high school football coach in the community everyone still calls him "Coach Carter" it was a privilege to have him help with his knowledge of the community and resources to help my husband Herbie and I ( Dana) find our first Forever Home. The staff was excellent at 21st century as well. We would Highly Recommend services for Barry Carter and staff. Thank you "Coach" Barry Carter and staff of 21st Century ~Dana and Herbie Ledford

Barry Carter is the best realtor you can ask for. As a first time home buyer, Barry was able to ease my mind throughout the entire experience and went above and beyond to find me a place to finally call home.

I am glad he was tenacious in getting the property sold.

Barry was the most down to earth person to work with. He's very attentive to our needs for a house and made himself available even on weekends. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a house. We dealt with some other people and did not like their approach to finding our dream home. Barry is not like that. He took everything into consideration when trying to find our home. Working with him made our impossible possible. Best damn realater around. Barry Carter made it fun and exciting to look for our home. Other people we talked to we're very pushy . Barry put the happy back in our home search. Their are no words to describe Barry but Godsend. God heard our prayers and sent Barry. If I ever buy any more property I'm using century 21 legacy and Barry Carter.!!!
