Barry knows Torreon very well and has a realistic feel for the current market. He is easy to work with and respects the client's opions.

Barry Nicks was a great agent to work with. He did everything needed and, unfortunately for Barry and my wife and I, he dealt with one of the worst agents that I have had the misfortune of dealing with in the 12 homes we have sold. Barry kept his head and was profesional throughout the experience. If we could give Barry a 10 on a scale to 5 we would do so. He is a class act and deserves the accolades he receives. We would highly recommend him. Phillip G. Ertl

Team Nicks & Bilbie were great to work with. Every step was timely, smooth, and comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I come across that is looking for a realtor. They are "Do what you say and say what you mean" kinds of guys and those kind of folks are who you want handling your real estate!

Honest up front, very helpful and easy to ask questions.

I loved working with them! They answered all my questions no matter what! Wonderful people!! They walked us through every step and made sure we were comfortable and understood every decision we made.

Barry was always available to answer our questions & give advice.
