We met Becky Gushwa when she was the Buyers Agent on a home we were selling. Our Selling Agent had just quit on us. Becky Gushwa had shown the property previously and reached out to us when the buyers were still interested. Even though she was the Buyers Agent she recommended service providers and answered questions for us as if she were our agent. We were so impressed by her care and professionalism that we used her when we purchased an apartment building. Once again her care and knowledge were valuable. We have had her show us a few properties over the years and she has always been happy to help. This purchase was a little rough due to the sellers being uncooperative. Becky Gushwa kept us sane and grounded during the purchase. We recommend her to everyone that needs a Real Estate Agent.

Becky Gushwa was always available, explained the process, and went beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. A very knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with.

Becky showed vast experience and knowledge negotiating my purchase transaction! I am very pleased with all aspects of Becky's handling of my purchase of the property! I am very pleased with Becky! She was so helpful and easy to work with!

Becky Gushaw was wonderful to work with! In viewing homes she was always hands on and pointing out details along the way. She quickly answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable of the process. Extremely grateful to have been able to work with her in finding my first home and would recommend her for other home buyers as well!

Very knowledgeable about the types of propperties. Excellent in inspecting the house. Always assisted us with right guidence.

Becky Gushwa did a fantastic job throughout the entire sales process. She made many great recommendations from her previous listing experiences and explained them very clearly. She also took the time to listen to my unique situation and incorporated some of my suggestions for the listing. Once the showings started, she was very prompt letting me know the responses afterwards. When we got offers, she presented the pros/cons of the offers and answered all of my questions. Becky made insightful suggestions when we had to counter-offer. Ultimately, Becky made the entire process very smooth and straightforward. I was very satisfied with her knowledge, professionalism, and honesty! Thanks Becky!

My wife and I are moving to the area from out of state. We were happy to find an Agent that could facilitate our search and be flexible with our needs. Becky was Fantastic, even went so far as to reach out to us during her Family Vacation to help us with some of our questions and concerns. Dedicated to finding the right home for us! We couldn't be happier with her! Becky was always available for my wife and I. She showed us several houses til we found the Right one to call Home! Fast and efficient process. My wife and I are both having mobility problems, Becky went out of her way to make sure the home we were going to choose had sufficient area for any type of mobilty devices we may have, or even need in the future. Absolutely Nothing is better than having someone look out for our Long term life and ability to get around our house. Since we are out of state, we relied heavily on Becky to see what we couldn't and judge clearances for us. We are very pleased with the sales experience we received from Becky! Top Notch Agent and Person! Thank You

Becky was absolutely wonderful. She made the process of first time home buying so much easier to understand. She helped point out possible issues during walk throughs and made sure everything made sense when going through inspections and paperwork. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better realtor.
