Thank you Becky!

I am grateful to Becky Warnement for guiding me through the sale of my Columbus home. She helped me identify critical (and unnecessary) repairs, recommended seasoned professionals to do the work, and met with the workmen when I was out of town. She communicated clearly and often and was extremely responsive to questions (mine and the prospective buyer's). From the beginning to the end, I felt I was in skilled hands with Becky as my real estate partner. Thank you!

I had a complicated buying/selling process, and I couldn't have done it without Becky. Not only did she know how to manage it all, but she quickly picked up on my communication style and needs and met my expectations. I appreciated how quick she was to respond to my questions and how apt she was at problem solving. Thank you, Becky!

Highly recommed Ria Bell and Beck Warnement! Very knowledgable and personable in helping us select a new home. They exceeded expectations and made the home buying experience as smooth as possible.

We used Becky and Ria for both buying our first home and then selling it a few years later. Both experiences were great. We worked mostly with Becky, but Ria was also very helpful and there when we needed! Becky made this all incredibly simple and smooth. I would buy and sell with them again and again. Truly never felt dumb for asking newbie questions and I always felt they were steering us in a smart direction for what our goals and interests were. Being able to trust them and know they would get the job done was so nice. Thank you for everything! Would recommend over and over again.

Ria and Becky provided great recommendations to get the house ready. They helped facilitate a quick sale and provided great insight as to what the possibilities and outcomes could be. It was a pleasure working with them!

Absolutely the best agents! Always keep me updated on progress from showings to the final documents. As I was out of state, the follow thru on cleaning, maintenance issues, and even moving trash cans were invaluable too me. Truly a seamless process..
