I had worked with Becky and Ria before and was familiar with their level of expertise and professionalism. They were very accessible over the phone or email and worked very hard to get my house sold.

I can't say enough good things about Becky Warnement's communication, helpfulness and accessibility. The results speak to her high quality of work. She is amazing and I highly recommend her!!!

Becky and Ria have a tremendous amount of knowledge about things to watch out for in all the houses we considered and, at the same time, pointed out all the positives. Becky's patience in trying to find the right fit... if it were me, I would have told us to get lost!! She was confident we would find our forever home and reassured us it would happen.

Wonderful Team! Found me just what I was looking for, Very Happy! When I needed to see the property Ria was there! They handled everything, there was no need to contact anyone else!

We were referred by friends in 2017 and months later we purchased our home with Becky Warnamanet and Ria Bell in Galloway. They have been fabulous resources and friends for the 5 years that we lived in the Columbus area! They both have made us feel like part of the Coldwell Banker Family for years from inviting us to events, providing us with invaluable insight about homeownership, and the pumpkin on our porch each fall that always brought a huge smile to our faces! Their attention to detail is unmatched and working with them was flawless start to finish. We truly wouldn't consider anyone else! Thank you Becky and Ria!!

Another great experience with Ria Bell and Becky Warnement. I've bought and sold nine residential properties in Ohio and Michigan over the past 52 years and dealt with many realtors on both the purchase and selling side. Becky and Ria are among the best that I have had the pleasure of working with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor either as a buyer or a seller.

Becky and Ria were amazing. My home sold within days because it was priced for the market and the photos for the listing were excellent. The process for putting it on the market was simple and straightforward. Buying was not as seamless, but Becky helped me navigate the process of buying a new home in a very tricky market. We found the right house at the right price! I can't thank them enough for all of their advice and expertise throughout this process.

Becky gave us a great experience for our first home purchase! She listened to our needs and guided us through the process. Every home we entered she gave great feedback and ideas. We will gladly refer our friends and family to Becky and Ria! We are so excited about our forever home!
