I would not trust anyone else but Ria and Becky for my real estate needs

As first time buyers, Ria and Becky took the time to sit down with us and go through the entire process of purchasing a home. As we began our search, they were quick to answer any questions that arose, and worked around our schedule to get showings set up for the homes. Once we found the right house, they helped us through the contract and closing processes. We really enjoyed getting to know them and would strongly recommend Ria and Becky to any of our friends and family.

I have had Becky and Ria assist me in both selling and purchasing my home on numerous occasions. Both women are very professional and trustworthy. I never felt pressured by either of them. I set my parameters on what I was looking for, and they provided me with opportunities. Over time, some of my parameters morphed. Neither Ria or Becky batted an eye. They simply switched gears with me. Becky even took the time to collect numerous estimates for some repair work that was not addressed on the remedy. Both Ria and Becky have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to location; they can recommend experts to do any type of repair, they do their homework to know if a property is under or over priced. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend using the Bell/Warnament team. Hopefully, I won't need to use their services again for quite some time, but when the time comes, I will request their services.

Becky was wonderful. I have sold homes in the past and the process was involved and frustrating. After my last experience I wasn't interested in buying again. Working with Becky changed how I felt.
