When we first started looking for houses in Madison, we were still living in Kansas City. Ben always worked around our schedule when we would come visit Madison to tour houses, and made us feel like a priority. Ben was knowledgeable about the areas we looked at, and we built trust with him very quickly. This lead to feeling confident in our final decision and house we bought.
