Ben goes over and above! He works all the time to make sure everything is taken care of . I am planning to use Ben on our next sale and I will recommend him to my friends.

I was very satisfied with Ben handling my transaction. He was very professional and knowledgeable of prices in my area. Ben also was very helpful in helping me with things I needed done around my property, he was more than willing to dig in and help with whatever I needed. Ben was also sensitive to my needs and wants. I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone.

Ben Stephen’s local knowledge and working style were evident from the first call. He spent time getting to know us personally and then understanding our wants and needs for the home. He never pushed us, but was always transparent and honest. As an out of town buyer these qualities and others are where Ben outshined his competitors. If you’re looking for a buying agent, I’d recommend that you start by calling Ben.

Ben came HIGHLY recommended from a co-worker and her recommendation did not disappoint. Ben did an excellent job at guiding me through the entire process- he was very communicative and on top of it. I knew that as soon as Ben had information he was going to pass it along to me right away, which was greatly appreciated. What sets Ben apart is that you can tell that Ben is invested in the PERSON he is working with, not just the property. Ben went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was done the right way.

Ben is an outlier in the real estate industry. He put's the extra effort and personal attention to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. It was a pleasure to work with Ben and I will be recommending others to do so as well. Bill Carle

My daughter Julie highly recommended Ben Stephen based on her experience with buying and selling a house. After meeting Ben I was convinced he would be a good choice to represent us in selling my late parents homestead. Ben did an excellent job and handled the process professionally. He was very helpful during the complete sales procedure, providing valuable information while keeping me informed and updated on the status of same.

Ben was fantastic to work with. From the first meeting to our closing (and even after we moved in), he was always available and made us feel like we were his only clients.

Ben was on top of it! He knew exactly what I was looking in for and the area I was looking it. When something popped up it was immediately sent to me. I will be a returning customer. Nailed it! I've dealt with realtors in the past. Whenever Something fell through they were done. Ben was different. He kept looking for the next best thing to fit my needs until we found it. 3-4 months went by of me giving up hope but knowing Ben was behind the scenes doing all the leg work was a good feeling.

The hardest working agent we have ever worked with, period,.!!!.
