Ben Stephen has been truly great. Working with him has been a wonderful experience. He has been continuously on the ball, responsive to any and every request, however small or trivial, with excellent attention to detail. Going out of his way to help, removing obstacles, and making sure that he is covering all the details for a succesful transaction. I found him honest, trustworthy, transparent and very easy to interact with. I do not have a single complaint. My transaction that he brokered was as smooth as can be. Highly recommended.

Ben was on top of all communications and paperwork. I couldn't of asked for more from an agent. He came highly recommended, and did not disappoint! I will definitely use Ben in the future. He made the process fun.

Ben was responsive, honest, and made the whole buying/selling process feel easy. He knows the market, gave great advice, and truly had our best interests at heart. We highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a real estate agent they can trust!

After my first conversation with Ben Stephen, I was confident that he was a knowledgeable agent. All of my conversations and communications were long distance (from Florida to Michigan) until I met him the day before closing. While I may have been nervous at first, Ben alleviated that stress by responding to me and my questions and concerns almost immediately. These days it is difficult to get that kind of customer service. But Ben provided consistent, quality and timely responses, which made this life-altering experience as smooth as possible.

Ben Stephen presented as highly experienced with the real estate market I hoped to impact. Ben was always personable, easily approachable and an obvious, professional. At the same time, Ben is easily relatable, putting us on equal footing from our first meeting. I especially appreciated his attention and explanation of realtor compensations, evaporating all questions and or misgivings I may have had. Ben is tops of all realtors I have worked with and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family within the area.

I have used Ben in the past. He does an excellent job and represent his client's with the highest level of professionalism. I highly recommend Ben.

Twenty years ago when Ben was in 8th grade and lived across the street I used to give him rides to school on occasion. What a pleasure it's been to watch Ben become both the father and husband to a wonderful family of his own as well as a highly respected real estate professional. This is the third time we've used his services. As someone whose family has lived in St. Joseph since 1830, I can state with confidence there may be other choices but there is no one in his profession more knowledgeable or harder working than Ben. Ben's most valuable skill in our opinion? He listens.

Was highly recommended by two friends.Ben is very intelligent, hardworking and answered every phone call and text immediately . Exceed all my expectations and a pleasure to work with, will use again 😊🔨⚾️

Ben was very professional and helpful in the sakle of our mother's home. He went out of his way to help us and even while he was on vacation , he took the time to help us. He gave us a realistic evaluation of the house and a great job of promoting it.
