Ben was great! He made my first time home buying experience easy and very enjoyable. He answered all of my many questions that i had no matter what time of day it was. I couldnt recommend Ben enough. He will be my go to agent next time I buy or sell a house.

Ben was always available , and he knows his business, he went out of his way to help me find contractors that I needed too, he is a great broker and a fine man

Ben was a pleasure to work with and made the most difficult aspects of buying a new home and selling our existing home as easy as possible. Would highly recommend Ben Stephen to anyone looking to buy or sell, he is top notch and excellent at what he does!

Ben was great in a previous transaction Went above and beyond his duties Ben is the best

I have worked with Ben and only Ben previously buying and selling properties and houses. He is always top notch and truly listens to any of my suggestions. Ben puts his client first no matter what and goes above and beyond in every situation. I plan to buy and sell with Ben for the next 20+ years! I fully trust Ben and know that he wants the best for me as a buyer and seller! About as perfect as they come. When I am buying or selling a property, I immediately turn it over to Ben and he does all the rest! He makes buying and selling, super easy.

Right from the start I was very comfortable in Ben's knowledge and grasp of the local areal estate market. He was very straight forward and told me the strengths and weakness of our property. Ben went out of his way to keep the line off communication open and I never felt I didn't know where things stood. I would highly recommend Ben Stephen to anybody.....Thanks

I felt at ease with Ben. He kept me informed every step of the way. Ben was very proactive. I enjoyed working with him. I will always recommend him to others. Ben is EXCELLENT!

Ben was great. We'll do business again for sure.

Ben was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very quick to return calls and emails. Most importantly to us, he always had our best interest in mind and worked hard to get us a great house and a great deal.
