We are so grateful that Ben Stephen helped us find a home that had all of the things we were looking for. He met us on many early mornings when we saw a listing that we thought might meet our needs. Ben always came prepared with information on similar properties to help us understand the value of a home. He helped us talk through the advantages and disadvantages of different properties. He advised us well when making decisions on what to pursue and gave us his true opinion. He was patient and then advised us well when we wanted to make an offer. We are so happy we found something that met our needs in the right location! Thank you, Ben!

Ben's guidance on preparing our home for selling was invaluable. The property sold in two days and every aspect of the sale and closing went very smoothly. We could not be happier. It took a long time for us to be ready to list the house, due to our future home being new construction. Ben was most patient and never pushy, but always available to answer any questions.

We had an awesome experience working wth Ben Stephen. He's courteous and attentative. Most of all we feel that he got our interest in mind. We'll definitely work with him again.

Ben was great, truly one of the best agents I've worked with. We had a challenging sale that he was able to help us navigate successfully. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in Southwest Michigan!

Realtor.com put me in touch with Ben and I couldn't be happier. He clearly knew the area and was able to direct us to homes that met our requirements. He was extremely helpful when asked about properties/locations, but was not pushy. He quickly answered any questions we asked, and was always very responsive to our needs. I have purchased mutliple homes over the years, and Ben was probablty the best agent with whom I have had the benefit to work.

If you want a person who will give you the truth, fight for a fair price, handle the details, and give you peace of mind, Ben is your man!

Ben Stephen's really exceeded my expectations. I was located out of state (selling an inherited estate), and he jumped in and went above and beyond to assist where I was not able to. He provided sound advice, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would absolutely use his services again when buying or selling in Michigan, and would certainly trust him with any of my family or friends real estate needs as well! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ben!
