Ben was awesome. He really went above and beyond to help me sell my house. You are lucky to have him. It was a great experience. Once we got the house on the market it sold in like 3 days, I think. I was very happy with everything. Like I said, Ben is a gem. He was extremely helpful and I couldn't have managed without him.
